I think if you’re found with gear in your system, just like a court of law, you should face a set of jurors to plead your innocence. If found guilty, then for sure an automatic ban must be implemented. There should be a 2 year ban for anyone failing a drug test, if they fail a second time they should be banned for life. The reason i dont agree with a ten year ban outright is because some of the stuff on the banned list could come from supplements, medications which could be a genuine mistake.
