The bible said Stephen looked up and saw the glory of God. There are places in scriptures where it talks about heaven being above. "And fire came down from heaven" "Heaven is God's throne"

This is a Preacher contradicting Scripture and pretending to be teaching Revelation. Jesus ascended to heaven and remains there until He returns. The Bible is clear on that and the Preacher is totally wrong. Time will tell.
