Nah she didn’t really run one “per se” as she was in the turning lane so she had to approach the turn then stop (though I guess it wasn’t a complete stop). However, she said she’s driving in the Pacific Northwest so there is a possibility she’s driving in California in which “California rolls” are legal. Essentially you can approach a stop sign in which you have a clear view of the roads and if nobody is coming within reasonable distance of concern you can simply slowly roll thru it.
