The Tesla probably cut him off, when I was in CDL school I’ve had 2 Teslas cut me off and made me slam on the brakes and lose my gear and a 3rd one attempt to cut me off. At least the Tesla drivers where I live tend to be bad drivers.

There is know state inspection in Florida, the state is missing out on $100s of thousands of dollars along with putting everyone on the road at risk, I would say along with them selves but I really don't care. Shame on this state.

We are the last of a generation of actual diagnostic specialists who know how to diagnose electrical gremlins without a scanner or who dont tely entirely on the diagnostic scanner. I learned with atest light,multi meter and an oscilloscope and tone generator. Even with the scanner you still need to use old school diagnostic techniques to narrow down the field when the tool just says that there is a malfunction. Not what the malfunction is.

That’s a great question and I do have to agree with you on that. Why don’t they clean their cars themselves? people are lazy. I remember I asked College friend well new friend to me anyway for a ride home and I’m not seeing the guy was a hoarder, but I had to sit in this trash that I just thought to myself and I even asked him why the hell don’t you clean your own car, I believe his answer was because I’m not recalling this correctly he didn’t have time. Which is a pretty lame excuse. I’m sorry but if you go to a gas station, there’s a trashcan throw stuff away or find a place especially if you’ve got a lot of Recycling or find a friend that will take your recycling and will recycle stuff for you, and then throw the rest of it away. That’s a question that even I have to ask too.

seeing the drivers tire should refuse to work on it cause might try to claim you didn't tell him even if you write it on his bill and make sure he knows it. The problem with northern states and inspections where rust can be a failure unless a real safety issue is the states use salt that cause said damage so should be able to argue they know it causes the damage and should be on the hook for it like when they don't fix a pot hole and it causes damage.
