I lived in Alaska for 19 years, believe it or not we had much in common with the Hawaiians. Isolated, middle of nowhere. Sailor crackers lol, and at least 10 or 15 Spam recipes :) I have never had this one...it looks awesome, I will be making this. Thanks for the video. It has inspired me to investigate this recipe.

All of them look good!! I made my own versions last weekend, some of the breakfast ones u made, some with minced serrano chili & onion, some with the furiake(?) stuff... just playing around with different flavors, but always using Spam fried in the same sauce u made with sushi rice... They were yummy! Love Spam! Oh! I sub'd!

Hi TeamSteamNM! Thanks for checking out my video. The soy sauce + the spam does seem pretty salty, but with the plain rice in each bite it mellows it pretty well. Tell me how the avocado turns out! Cheers!

The omelette would be awesome with a bit of sugar too, to balance out the flavours and make it like a Japanese sweet omelette (or maybe I just have too much of a sweet tooth, hehe) :3

Use a gloves to make the dish. You can buy a molder to make it. I got it at Amazon. Your preparation to make is not appealing
