Tiffany would have never thought of that!! I was just thinking what could I use instead. I typically avoid the comment section but I'm glad I looked. If you line the can with cling wrap you could get it out easy or make it by spreading out the rice and doing it cookie cutter style with the can! Thank you Tiffany!

You can also use the can the Spam came in as a mold. If you line the inside with cling-film you can put the rice inside and pack it down, then pull the cling-film up out of the can and the rice will be shaped the same way. Perfect size since it is the same shape as the spam!

Please thank your mom for appearing in this video and teaching us how to make these. I was so happy to see her - she looks great! I also appreciated knowing how to make these without a mould. Not a fan of Spam...but I would try this. Moms have a way of making things taste yummy, must be the love they put in it. Way to go Mom!

I love spam musubi. I simmer my spam in a pineapple juice, brown sugar, and soy sauce glaze and I use the spam can as a makeshift mold

Thank you for this video, after 17 years of living in Hawaii, I made my way back to the mainland with a double musubi maker in tow as a parting gift from my job. I always bought my musubi’s from Foodland because I loved their sauce and 7-11 stopped selling the teriyaki ham musubi. I watched your video and followed your steps and I am soo happy 😊 now I can make spam and teriyaki ham musubi God bless and Aloha 🌈
