mute mode and vocal mode switching about car alarm system(06.20)

I want to introduce something about our car alarm system that how to switch mute mode and vocal mode.firstly,press lock button once,lock car door,holding the lock button,it is mute mode.siren sounds 2 times,turning light flashes 2 times.operate it again,siren sounds 1 time,turning light flashes 1 time,it is vocal mode.
