Mutton Mince(kheema) 1/2 kg
Onion 1 medium
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder 1 tsp
Ginger(adrak) 1 inch piece
Garlic(laisan) 8 cloves
Green chillies 6-8
Coriander leaves
Mint leaves
Roasted Cumin(zeera) powder 1 tsp
Roasted Coriander(dhaniya) powder 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
