Ingredients:
Boneless Mutton - 500 grams
Ginger Garlic Paste - 2 tbsp
Green Chili Paste - 2 tbsp
Papaya Paste - 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice - 2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Cooking Oil - 1/4 cup
Clarified Butter - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon - 2 inches
Green Cardamom - 3 to 4
Cloves - 4 to 5
Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
Chopped Onion - 2 medium sized
Yogurt - 1/2 cup
Boiled Cashew - 10 to 12
Soaked Almonds - 10 to 12
Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch
Mint Leaves - 8 to 10
White Pepper Powder - 1 tsp
Green Cardamom Powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
Water - 2 cups
Fresh Cream - 1/2 cup
Green Chillies - 2 to 3
Chopped Coriander and Mint Leaves
