3 onion
1 tsp saunf
1 tsp cumin seed
1 black cardamom
3 small cardamom
5 cloves
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
2 stick cinemon
1/2 star anise
1 tbsp black pepper whole
salt to taste
3 tbsp oil
2 green chilli
curry leaves

👌👌मटण पेपर रेसिपी एकदम सही लग रही है! लेकिन एक बात ठीक नही लगी. आप कढीपत्ता या करीलिव का इतना जादा युज क्यों करते है. क्या जरुरी है? ऊससे पुरी रेसिपीकी टेस्ट बदल सकती है! साधारणतः करी पत्ता सिर्फ शुरु मे तडका लगाने के लिये युज करते है! लेकिन आपने पिसे हुये मसालोमें, तडका के लिये , एवं लास्ट मे धनिया के साथ और भी करिपत्ते डाले. ये जादा तो नही होता. क्यौंकि मेरी जानकारी है कि करिपत्ते का अपणा एक अलग स्वाद और स्मेल होता है. इसलिये हमे प्रमाण से जादा करीलिव कि ऊपयोग लगा. बाकी आप शेप है आपकी अपणी कुछ राय या विचार हो सकता है. 👌👍🙏
