50 gm, mustard oil
3 bay leaf
200 gm, onion
1 tbsp, coriander powder
1 tbsp, cumin powder
1 tbsp, Red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon, turmeric powder
1.1/2 tbsp, garlic paste
1tbsp, ginger paste
salt to taste
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp, Kashmiri Lal mirch paste
500 gm, mutton
1 glass water
(2) ingredients of Tehri
100 gm, refine oil
1 , black cardamom
2, cinnamon stick
8 ,cloves
8 , green cardamom
1 tea spoon, shahzeera
1, star Anish
500 gm, potato
add mutton curry
500 gm, Biryani basmati rice (half an hour pre-soaked)
3 glass water
1 cup ,Green pea
2 medium size chopped tomato
6 green chilli
100 gm, curd
1/2 cup chopped coriander leaf
salt to taste
1 tea spoon, biryani masala powder
1/2 lemon juice
