So Over all conclusion is. We should avoid :- Intraday trading F&O (Future & options) Commodity / Currency Trade Forex Trading Read below complete to clear all doubts. Only "Equity delivery" options is halaal for us & that too for Halal bussiness doing companies only. Means we can buy shares of halal bussiness doing companies in equity delivery option in which it requires 18 hours to transfer it to our demat account or 1-2 days in some countries, their after we can sell it whenever we get expected price, here we have full liberty to hold it for as much time as we want, which is a indication of true owner, unlike in Intraday or F&O where their is a restriction to sell it in particular time span. This equity delivery option is actually a pure investment where we take sleeping partnership of the company by investing particular amount & whatever profit earned by company over our investment amount they keep some profit with them & share some with us, which is correct as per islamic rule. As per islaamic rule if you are sleeping partner, not a working partner. you can get 70% of the profit amount & 30% will be given to owner, but this is also negotiable, owner & investor has a liberty to decide this ratio. And obviously now-a-days company keep profit amount & share less with us in terms of devidend. One thing we should keep it in mind, like in our bank account we get some interest amount which we don't use & give it needy people. Similarly it happens with company, we what ever profit we gain ftom share bussiness we must donate 1-2% or safe side 5% of profit amount to needy people. I came to this conclusion after listening so many reputed Aalim, Mufti & Scholars including "Mufti Tariq Masood Sahab, Syed Faiz sahab, Mufti Taqi Usmani sahab, Dr. Zakir Nayak" etc.
