@@voxxi7598 The cutscenes are built with Goldsource's scripted sequence entities. It kicks off an NPC speaking a voiceline, then, for example, waits exactly 10 seconds, and then it stops that NPC and kicks off another voiceline as the time elapses. The developers manually matched the delays in the scripted sequences to the lengths of the original voicelines. As a result, the audio files themselves don't matter. If they're shorter then there's going to be dead silence while the wait for the next line is happening, and if they're longer they get cut off. You can even delete them from the game's files, where the game will simply complain about an error in the console and the NPC doesn't say anything. Try it if you have the game; you can always use Steam to validate files and repair the game lol

This is awesome! Old hardware I was switching from voodoo to ATI when this was released. My buddy got hold of a 1st gen Nvidia card. This was pci, not pcie. We hauled full tower computers to lan parties before they existed....I was wondering at Cisco. They were wondering out gigabit over copper with catalyst 5500 and 8900 switches

On his splits the earlygame and midgame were so insane that getting ahead was almost impossible, he had 19s timesave in Surface Tension and 15s timesave in Gonarch though which made it possible to pb even with a +30 out of QE.
