Wow! 700! The highest recorded wind speed on the planet was the EF5 Bridge Creek-Moore, Oklahoma tornado in 2013 at 484 km/h! Your modified vehicle would’ve survived that! (although the inspectors might have thought it was damaged by the tornado since an EF5 tornado is rated that because it literally destroys almost everything above ground along its path and that’s often what vehicles look like after such a tornado so they wouldn’t realize it was modified).
