Do you remember hearing "You Don't Know Me" for the very first time?

it was one of its kind, sticking in your head all day, the cherry on a good night out at the club

Yes, in a local club which played house and trance, in 1999, sadly now it's pizzeria :D. DJs were great and You Don't Know Me was sort of our anthem back then, everyone of us youngsters could relate!

Yeap. My local nightclub at the time, Icon, Norwich, UK, around late 1998. When the tune dropped, the club went mental. Sadly, Icon closed in the early 2000.

Absolutely it's about the stories as Duane said. I just moved to Paris January 1999 and heard it for the first time at Les Bains nightclub. It was the place to be at the time and the crowd went wild when this song played. I had just met my soon to be best friend Iman Tabassomi with a friendship that has lasted 25 years. Best times of my life when this song came out, and every club in Paris couldn't play it enough. Thanks Duane and Armand the stars were truly aligned when you created this masterpiece.

Amazing tune. I remember buying it on the Saturday before it charted, in Jan ‘99. Nothing like that feeling of playing a new tune, which you couldn’t play before the release date, and only heard it on the radio.

Awesome masterpiece. And the interview too...so, I will try to write a song in 15 minutes, but Duane took the better words to explain our deep soul, when we think nobody can understand us...from Barcelona (In a music shop near plaza catalunya where i listened these words for the first time) to Padoa, I have been falling in love vith this song since 1999. Well done!

Yes, when we were about to do its dance choreography in a studio because it was being launched on national television, MCA Universal Philippines gave us this music piece as we are their house dancers. I was 19 years old, it was 24 years back then, but it's one of the nostalgic tracks. Peace
