This video shows combos and set-ups that could be used in real matches.
These combos and set-ups I did not create but have adapted them from other Dhalsim players that either still play or have played in the past.
*Forgot to mention in the video, that any attack button that does not have (f) [far] at the end, are all close attacks.

Perfect timing, I am trying to devote some effort into learning sim. So his RH SJC sting in the corner seems to be the go to for damage. Or do you recommend learning that unfly string first?

Man.... Dhalsim is crazy. unfortunately he's just way too hard and then people will just play Storm hahah Dhalsim is the secret god tier character, all you need is uber godlike execution ahahha

So with the fly combo at ~4:39 is the [f] notation mean cancel into fly or does it mean do that while in fly state? Didn’t see anything for that in the notation key at the beginning and couldn’t visually sus out where dhalsim started and ended fly mode during that combo. Great video btw

The [f] notation stands for the “far” version of the button being pressed. During that combo, Dhalsim doesn’t fly or unfly but, he is in the “unfly” state.

Hey any tips for linking df.HP after landing the sjhp into addf lk? I can only seem to get it ~25% of the time and I’m not sure what I’m doing right when I get it vs when I don’t. It feels like there might be a delay in there, but I can’t seem to find out what.
