Yes but not for xbox. Ps3/4 you can buy a ps3/4 > dc converter by brook.

those brooks converters can add buttloads of lag... i wonder what their specific setup for this is because it shows the dreamcast booting up i wonder if they are emulating

No they don't add lag. Tried and tested by hundreds of people in and out of the FGC. The DC Brook converter adds no lag and gives you 40block VMU support. Please research before just saying shit. The Dreamcast logo booting up means they're emulating? Jesus christ just stop. Turn on your DC and tell me if the boot screen comes up because it does streaming or not.

These the champs of mid handicap overwhelming ppl with chip damage. I want to so people able to fight with the handicap on the max low level when hits don’t do this much damage. They good, but it’s not much real fighting happening.

Well, the saying that goes: "throw a lot of shit at the wall and see what sticks" is the definition of how Capcom made this extremely poorly designed game, So, unfortunately, this is the "high level gameplay" you can and should expect.

AftermathRain I mean with each handicap there comes a new meta. Like, nobody in they right mind going to run sentinel with max low handicap. You spam all you want, but when that Akuma or Jill get close to you, they murking you period. I’m tired of seeing these same characters.
