MW Manufacturing Custom Tray & Canopy Review

They have come a long way with their products...good to see. I have a S/Cab Dmax and got a canopy made 10yrs ago as there was nothing available to sit on the tub...checker plate unpainted. Has done the job now 300k kms. Couple of repairs but given the where it goes and the lack of maintenance needed it's impressive...and it was $2,500.

Filler neck bracket is pretty easy. I made my own. Yet to get it powdercoated but come up great.

I'm looking at these guys for a tray on an Extra Cab Ranger or Hilux. Do you think the tray quality is good enough for the Canning or Simpson levels of punishment? Thanks - David

Yeah their custom canopies are great quality. I've had it on plenty of rough corrugations.

Hey mate hows the tray and canopy holding up 7 months later? Im looking at getting a display tray for 4k. Havent heard too many good things thougu

Only issue I've had was a rubber seal on the canopy which was replaced under warranty. For the price you pay I think it's the best option on the market. All the welds were good and no sign of cracking.

Hey mate. The full setup with all the internals, roof top tent and awning worked out around 28k. Will check the invoice if you want a break down
