After listening to the passport story from you Mr. Gashumba about one, Mutoni, I got concerned. Your conclusion about the possibility of an occurrence of M23 in Uganda, is rather disturbing. Why do you think that a possibility of M23 is possible yet you submit that a general upraising is not possible? Let us wait for the future. It holds so much for our banana republics. Kajuga is not the problem. The problem is the establishment of institutions that are designed to serve other purposes rather than the purposes for which they should serve for the interests of the local population.
