Have you tried pressing and holding fn + f1 for 10 seconds? This will fix connection issue. What is the problem with the keyboard?

@@gixxus Yes, I tried but the keyboard does not recognize the usb connector ... The funny thing is that the blue led does not blink, it stays on

I don't remember exactly how to do it but I think you hold power and ok button. Unless the dongle is defective.

This is to reset Remote setting. To reset tv box depends on tv box brand.
