How many finger gap? I`m at 1 finger with a little bit of room. Will 20mm spacers rub? Or is 15mm the way to go without doing negative camber?

you'll want at least 20mm in the rear even if you dont slam it

Would 25mm in the front rub you think? Or no

At my height it did and would probably tear up the fender even if it’s rolled

25mm on the rear and what about the front?

I preferred the 15mm front over 20mm front at that slammed height. Slightly lower, 20mm front looks better.

Is the negative 3 degree camber necessary for it not to rub or just preference?

Spacers add unsprung weight & the potential for rubber to metal contact.

Quite rare In the case of most MX5s Lower 30mm spacers 25mm. Lovely combo. No rubbing. Not even with oversize tyres up to 215x40 x17 Can push 225 on standard rims even... drop lower then you have to expect rubbing or a need to roll the arch...

OBVIOUSLY you have to ensure that the spacers are going to work with your car and its own little quirks with wheel to fender alignment. What's the point in this comment, some kind of PSA?
