I dont know if Mike will ever see this. But I just gotta ask.. . how do you perform this song without weeping? I was simply listening to this with my daughters, and I'm crying like crazy; like a baby. Thanks for this song.. seriously, it brings all the feels. So many things in here relate to my younger adult years in so many ways, and now my kids love it too. It has even become a bed time song at night. I love this song and I certainly appreciate all the work, over the years, that's gone into this music.

Same with my son, I’m a 29 year old man and cry like a bitch to this because of being me. They were my first band I ever saw live and now tattooed on my arm for life. My son will know this song his whole life and I’m so proud of that fact. It’s a cycle

We just saw them on December 30 in Seattle. First time I saw them was at the Capital theatre in Olympia. We met and talked to the band cause it was a tiny local show. This was really soon after the first album came out. Amazing dudes. This was the first concert for my 9 an 12 year old boys, and to see them singing along and rocking out was one of my proudest dad moments. 47 and had to fight the tears almost the whole time! 😂 From an old wanna be musician…the music brings us all together! ✌🏼

I wrote a song that took me over a year to sing after it was finished. It still hits me sometimes, but it made me bawl every time I tried to get it out for an entire year. Great song though.

About the time that I turned 14 I got a job doing landscaping Those days were long and my old boss was mean About the time that I turned 16 I got a car and no place to be I'd fill up the tank and drive out to the sea The Rockies ain't too far from here if we drive all night The cold air will do you well in the mountain morning light So let's ride Let's ride on through the rain Come on and take me anywhere that you want to be So let's ride By the time that I turned 19 I'd seen so much and I was still green It's taken me a time or two To learn the things I watch you do for me There I was at 29 I can't believe I'm still alive Though it was never easy, yeah You and me were born to survive The Rockies ain't too far from here if we drive all night The cold air will do you well in the mountain morning light So let's ride That was my escape A way to change the tape That was playing, that was playing in my head The Rockies ain't too far from here if we drive all night The cold air will do you well in the mountain morning light So let's ride Let's ride on through the rain Come on and take me anywhere that you want to be Let's ride, let's ride Let's follow the skyline And when we make it to the other side We'll find all the bluest skies

@punanipie6969 Жыл бұрын
At least 1 acoustic guitar, but knowing artists today, he might use more than one. At least 2 microphones, you can see this in the video. Some sort of recording hardware, you can also see this in the video, since something is plugged into it, unless its just for video effect. Either way, assuming he has some sort of hardware, he probably also has some sort of recording software, probably not some cheap stuff you can get for free on the internet.
