Here are the timestamps that have text on the screen. 1:27 Remove the OEM Cartridges 1:40 Use fork tube clamps & 50mm WP cup wrench to unscrew lugs, then drain oil 1:48 Unscrew bottom bolts (19mm blue / 22mm silver), remove cartridges. 4:30 Prepare Raven cartridges, springs, bottom nuts, & spacers for installation. 4:51 Grease & install o-rings on rebound adjusters 5:01 Small one goes to rebound adjusters. Bigger one is for bottom nuts. 5:45 Check spring tube length. Upper circlip position & measure it. 5:56 You will use "A" number when you set the spring preload preset the length to 450mm. 6:06 You can adjust preload with circlip & plastic spacers. 6:25 Install plastic spring spacers first, the thick spacers must be first. 7:16 Install fork spring, check spacers position in the tube. 7:26 Measure length "B" from top of the spring. We will adjust "B" with spring spacers. 7:36 Prepare bottom nuts & grease o-rings 7:56 install the cartridge. 8:06 Check the rebound adjuster position & gently tighten the bottom nut. 9:01 Measure length from the upper tube to cartridge top,, this is number "C" 9:40 Calculate the preload. A-B-C = Preload. Numbers A and C are solid. 9:52 We can only adjust "B" using the provided spacers. 16:22 Fill the fork with oil (see recommendation list) 20:28 Check settings, install fork.

Jeremey / Adam, great to see this info available in video form! I am a customer and have two sets of ravens & National shock. Quest #1 is measurement "A" read from bottom of spring purch to top of cartridge or ? Quest #2 please confirm "A" is 450mm for lowered forks as well. Keep up the great work!!!

I have the raven in my 2023 ktm250sxf. I absolutely love it. But I do have a question. Is it possible to make the huckvalve resist a bit quicker without changing anything else. I’m sloppy sometimes and case it or go long and would like the huckvalve to help me just a bit more.

Is it just me or this installation video sucks. Doesnt talk about what he is doing and what spacers go where and why. Video is shot from so far away cant tell what he is doing. And covers multible forks and brands so doesnt look like what I have. Fork instructions have no diagram of what goes where for rider that likes to do his own work on bike. Also mine came with all the spacers etc on the cartage are they in the correct locations and qtys or have the take them off and relocate them, again a diagram or photo is 1000 words.
