Hey I'm 2023 passout and still waiting for the joining letter and I'm not pre-mapped to any of the unit I have few doubts we've a common TCS candidates groups from various colleges may of them got joining letter though they haven't cleared the IPA so does the joining depends on the clearance of IPA or the number of courses you complete on Xplore or are there any such kind of considerations. Anyone with this knowledge can assist it would be great if the doubt gets cleared.

Hi, RMG can restrict your access to ultimatix, so won't be able to fill timesheet and it will affect your Salary. I have a doubt. This is with respect to TCS NCR offices. If we have to report to RMG we generally go to TCS PTI Sansaad marg. If I am on bench is it compulsory to report to PTI. I am already reporting to my base branch office which is in Gurgaon twice a week. Now RMG is sending mails to come to PTI. Is it compulsory?

Hi Sumedha, Usually RMGs for delhi ncr are sitting in tcs PTI office. But it may not be compulsory to go there and report, you can tell your RMG to give you a spoc at your location, so that you may report to the spoc instead of coming to PTI office. Hope it helps. I have seen people getting allocated within 1 week of getting release, however on the other hand I've also seen people staying on bench for more than 3-4 months and more also. Tcs rmg has stoped my friends salary. As in ultimatix is showing account suspeneded and his status is also showing as salary suspended. He is on bench since six months. If his swipe details are not showing at rmg end then this is a not my friend's fault. My friend is from lower middle class family. He is already in so much pressure but the company so-called rmg/HR don't care at all. I wish these type of rmg/HR suffer. I feel like cursing them the whole time. Hi, Your Unit RMG will never allow you to take a project which belongs to different ISU. However it's upto you how you handle the situation and convience them or you can also directly take allocation. I've personally seen people getting shifted from one business unit to another. Yes, you can get project in technology domain, it all depends on the project call you receive. You can also tell your preference to RMG. You'll be given KT for ITIS domain and project related work. Hi, Yes you can ask RMG. Just make your case strong. Tell them you have done professional certification from official vendors such as AWS, azure etc. You posses skills and your skills will be useful for tcs. Whenever I say to RMG for project allocation, RMG always reply as template email As Your profile has been shared to Project Management team, If we have anything for you, We will inform you. I never got any single call for project. Edit:- Some people says they will block your ultimatix after 6 months I am really worried

Hi, Firstly thanks for subscribing, I appreciate it a lot. Regarding your query, there is no need to be worried about. If you were getting interview calls and you were not performing well in those interviews leading to your rejection, then the RMG could probably block your ultimatix. But in your case since you are not getting a single interview call. It's headache of RMG I would suggest you to mail RMG the same ( that you have not received any interview call), so that you have a written proof. Hope it helps.
