This is great! It’s cool seeing how others focus their training and hone in skills. It’s nice to see someone who demonstrates as much as, if not more than they explain

Its like playing sims, when you want your sim to level up a skill set, so you watch them for a bit and then put the speed to 3x hahaha

Doing 20 rounds of 2 min jump rope and 200 kicks. 30-60 sec break after one round. Most are double kicks or roundhouse. I change the hight sometimes and mixing with 360, axe, mondolio, back kicks after 14th round.

I fear not the person who knows 1000 techniques but fear the person who practices 1 technique 1000 times or in this case 1500. (This quote is on the lines of what Bruce Lee once said, it's not word for word obviously)

I guess “Round House” is different in Georgia. Where I live a Round House kick is a round kick that goes all the way around and ends in the same spot where it started. Not a front leg round kick. Maybe our instructors call it different since I learned from a South Korean and you’re learning Japanese Taekwondo instructor.

Actually Tony Chung is full Korean. So your wrong. But thanks for playing. And I call it a round kick. Dollyo Chigi in Korean smarty pants

But you did not said why you do this one? Pure endurance? Shins hardening? Getting used to stay technical despite exhaustion? Mental hardening?

@irsh2786 Жыл бұрын
Still waiting ^^ yes of course, if you are well trained in managing the distance and their explosivity. But if he is really good he will just rush forward. Hopefully you knock him out before he does it to you.
