If you invest $2,545 into the S&P, then assuming a 10% annual rate of return, your child at an early retirement age will be 2 Million plus rich, excluding every other income channeled to this. We need to invest much more. Focus on the company not just the stock price, true words from my F.A Dianne Sarah Olson ..I made over half a million from ALB and NVDA..I love passive income.

I'm convinced that all of these finance jargon, unnecessary extra steps, and weird math are used to scare away hard-working people from claiming what their companies actually owe them for all of their hard work and for this sole reason I make sure I use an advisor.

My method is to buy quality firms, anticipate to hold them regardless of what happens, pay up but not too much, keep track, sell only when necessary, and be ready to course correct.

Hey Adrian! I have a question about HPYT. I bought your excel sheet and in many of the portfolios HPYT is there. Is it a good time to buy the % amount listed in your excel for sale on your website or no? When was this excel last updated? I couldn’t find that info. With interest rates changing I’m unsure. Will HPYT perform better or worse as they lower interest rates?

I don't understand your logic of saying your original principal amount doesn't matter or you don't care and you only care about the yields of these funds. To me, it matters A LOT, because when you see your original principal shrink by a significant amount, your yields would be affected by the performances of these funds, and your monthly income will also be affected ultimately affecting your lifestyle.
@PassiveIncomeInvesting
@PassiveIncomeInvesting Ай бұрын
you will understand it if you own these funds or understand how they work. did you see how QQQY made me a 24k investment return? the return is all that matters (your investment) everything else is a distraction

 What happens when your yields are decreasing? This usually happens when your principal is losing a lot of its value, the fund managers will usually look at that and decides to lower the yields. In a bear market, not many call options are there to generate you a lot of premiums, so it makes sense for them to lower the yields. So to me, it matters massively what your principal is, in other words your book cost matters a lot.

Hi, just came across your video. First off, great video. My question is YMAX. How come their website says 30-Day SEC Yield**: 62.89% but if you do the math for $1000 invested is not equal to 62.89% payout as they claim; it's actually .65 cents per share which is not the percentage they're saying. Please explain.

Hi Adrian :) I’m curious, couldn’t you sell something in your registered account, and sell RS in your non registered, and buy RS in your registered with the money? Then buy whatever you sold again in your non registered that’s more tax efficient. Since you have always said you want to keep real estate in your portfolio I’m surprised your preparing to sell RS for good some day but I get the tax issue.
