Ooooh, can't wait for "fave blushes of all time" video--blush is my favorite makeup product and I can never get enough! You know what is still a go-to for me? The Milani baked blush in Sunset Passione. I remember you talking about it a year or two ago when I'd recently grabbed it (at a TJ Maxx actually I think!), and I still use it all the time. Of all my blushes (and there are . . . many, LOL), it's the one that looks most reliably good with anything, during any season, anytime. And I love the satin finish!

Essence Brighten Up is my favorite powder. It makes for a brightening effect but almost blurs, too. I love using it on my nose and areas where my pores are bigger, it really does smooth out the skin sooooo well.

As always, really enjoyed this video. Regarding your comment about leaving the concealer on for a bit - I've been doing this for years and I am convinced that it makes a difference. I'm not sure but I think it was Wayne Goss who recommended it. I had to chuckle when you said your Elf foundation may have been purloined by your toddler, I thought of it as a cartoon where he was secretly giving tutorials to the neighborhood kids with his own youtube page. I really hope you see my comment maybe you can help me, if I use either the Jelly Pop or the Power Grip Primers all around my mouth up to my lips around my smile lines and my chin and surrounded area , my Foundation looks absolutely horrendous! Right off the hop , I let it sit for the said time I let it sit for 5 minutes for up to 30 minutes nothing helps I literally can’t not use this on my face from the nose down it’s so so so horrible. Idk what’s going on it has to just be a me thing my face just hates this type of Primer from the nose down. It’s anything like this from any Brand that makes something similar that’s really sticky , I use the tiniest amount or more doesn’t matter it’s always the same and it’s so frustrating because I need a really good gripping Primer to help my base last as long as long as possible and not more Powder because I’m on the dry side to begin with. If you have any ideas I’d love and appreciate them .

I've heard the elf foundation doesn't hold up long. Is that the case for you?

I would say it’s not quite as long lasting as the Catrice foundation for me. If I pair it with something like the jelly pop primer, it will stay in place pretty well for most of the day. I’m just using a regular smoothing primer, I find that it starts to break apart after eight hours though!
