I can't really believe its been a year since I started using blender on 11th MAY 2022 So I thought to upload a 1 year progression video today on 11th MAY 2023, I learned a lot throughout this year, After learning through tutorials I found my niche which was was making product animations and renders, Because of blender I met really awesome people and learned a lot through this awesome community. I hope to gain more knowledge in the future and use blender to its full potential.

Oh man that was fucking good! It went from 0-100 when you started doing product animations. I specifically loved the PS5 controler, Nike and Rolex ads! Did you model those yourself? The Nike ad was the best out of the lot, super creative and loved the camera motion! :) Edit : I just noticed you have posted a whole 1 hour long video on the Nike ad! Awesome man, thanks for doing that. I'll be checking that out now!

Thank you 🙌🙌🙌, The PS5 and Nike 3d models was provided since it was for a render challenge and for the Rolex I used a 3d model from blender kit, I'm not great at 3d modelling 😅

Focus on improving your principles of design and make 100 renders of 1 object. Am doing 100 renders of 10 donuts in 10 compositions and lighting each as of now.

There are still times when I watch a tutorial to learn something while working on a project, there is nothing wrong with it. But would recommend to get the basics cleared and try working on some projects that you are really interested about could be anything, then if a problem occurs try searching for a tutorial, working on projects would be the best way to learn. And over time things that seem difficult right now would come to you as second nature. So keep working on it 🙌

I didn't follow any courses, I usually watch KZbin tutorials I would highly suggest to start working on personal projects because that way you will learn more as you will come across obstacles and then you would need to do your own research, find some tutorials and learn. This would be the best way to learn in my opinion
