I sat here watching you pull the engine, wondering why you guys didn't pull the core support. Finally sold my 68 - sort of. Doing some horse trading plus cash on his end. The 72 SS 454 is getting closer to finished so I can sell it. Then, hopefully I can build the 69 I have for myself before I drop dead. lol Always enjoy seeing you and the old man working on stuff together.

if your gonna turbo the straight 6, make sure to get the rear timing chain kit, so the back of the cam stays intime with the front of the cam

My dad had a grinder like that. Stone and cheek poker. Cleaned a lot of valves when I was just kid. Meaning 6-12 yrs old. Is that Dayton????

Hell if you wanted to get crazy you can drop the chevelle body on top of the skylark chassis. Pretty sure the chassis are identical. I know the 442 and chevelles are.

Sure you can pick any engine management with an AOD, those are mechanical transmissions 🤣🤣 E4OD/4R100, AOD-E and 4R70W are electronically controlled.

Do some research on Ford i-beam bending, I'm pretty sure you can scrounge up the tools necessary to fix the F150s camber yourself. It's not like you have some mega drop.
