I like the Quick connect idea! For my tires I have an air fitting that clamps onto the valve stems so I don't have to hold the line on. Just makes it a little easier and better.

I've delivered to Mountain Top Mission as well. I was running in transit heat but at the very back of my trailer it still went solid on me. That's the day I learned I need to keep a torch with me in the truck haha

@Trucking With Rex Some times it will get so solid the torch won't even help and you will have to use your fitting with air line connection on the end to push the plug out using your trucks air. Keep a long air line on you, your WILL need it.

My loads were mixed, and I'm equipped for both, but I always thanked the trucking gawds for the D/Hs. Dude we all have had something happen to learn a lesson and never forget. I work as a lab tech for a cola company, and I for got to put the cherry 🍒 flavoring in a cherry cola syrup. Well the dayshift ran the product the next day and never caught it till it was to late. Ran 9600 cases of non cherry cola. Oops got wrote up. Be safe love the vids ✌️

I agree I hate when I get directions from the 01 or 90 that don't make sense or are missing info. They don't understand how not easy it is to drive around their facility in a tractor and trailer . And also probably the most important thing you need to do at the 01 besides signing the paperwork and doing the live load call is checking those seals and for the reefer side is making sure the rt side trailer door is closed properly at the top. I've had two or three wrong seals put on at the 01 and twice had the trailer door improperly closed which requires a new seal. Easy to fix but shouldn't happen in the first place and needs to be caught and fixed at the 01 instead of the 90 bc it could ruin ur day and maybe ur week if the 90 refuses the load. It's only a careless mistake made by the 01 but it's the driver that will have to deal with the consequences at the 90.

Good video as always. There are so many things I want to say about this video and your experience on the food grade side. first thing would be you should have kept the adapters for the food right side when you hit them before lol. The idea of using fingernail polish on the thread is a great idea, but I don’t think that was your color. ha ha. Going to different places like you didin trying to learn where you have to go takes a while. Yes it is very frustrating with the poor directions from the people there. your honesty with your dispatcher about not checking. The seals is much appreciated by everyone. You do preach always check the seal numbers with your paperwork. It’s a learning experience. No one got hurt, nothing was broken, and you made the delivery. Will you answer why you moved to the food grade side in an upcoming video?

That’s a good question, unfortunately I don’t have an answer. Wish there was a gauge that could calculate that because my APU runs non stop all night when my eco heater is running to keep the trailer product hot.
