English is Malaysian second language. If they couldn't understand it, it means that they are not Malaysian but immigrants workers.

you can always modify the order. for example, tell the seller that you want less sauce, less spicy, no veggies etc... not only roti john, but all kind of food here... for example, that brother who asked for roti john without veggies. that's one way to enjoy malaysian food. don't be shy to ask.

Things about Malaysian people you should know, we like our foods full of sauce, spices and flavours. We also like our foods spicy, so sometimes normal foods always had some spicy to it. So if you had any allergies or can't stand spicy foods you always can ask the vendors with no spicy or things you didn't want in your foods.
@KouroshKamyabi6 ай бұрын
Noted! I usually like my food a little spicy 🌶️

At 20.26, thats roti canai with the dhal curry for dipping into. The roti john that you bought lacks ingredients. The usual ones have either chicken or beef fillings with cheese, cabbage, onions. The sauces you can tell them the sauces you want.

lmao dude hides behind the bushes to eat... you would've gotten in trouble if anyone saw you and reported you. It is not allowed to eat in public in Malaysia during daytime at ramadan.
@KouroshKamyabi6 ай бұрын
Nobody is hiding behind anything, I needed a quiet area to film. Are we in the same Malaysia? There are people eating everywhere during the day. Even at the RAMADAN bazaar there are people eating before iftar.

If you're not a Muslim, you can eat anytime, anywhere you want. It just that if you're non Muslim Malaysian, some are not eating in public as a respectful gesture because their Muslim countrymen are fasting.
