Glad you got to do that! I love Waymo and feel they are safer than humans! When I rode in it, I remember it was waiting to make a left turn and waiting and waiting, I was thinking that any human wouldn't have the patience to just wait. I felt so safe in it. Best part was when we were on a little street and someone was waiting to cross the street and as the car approached it must have sensed them and slowed down - the person waved us on to go, but it was funny when they realized there was no driver! Did you have any fun experience like that?

Yeah to me feels like a ghost 👻 is driving. The car drove surprisingly accurate and safe, and yeah in theory it would probably be even safer. Where did you try the Waymo at? In LA?

@@PaulMcGovernJr We did the Waymo in Arizona. The first day we tried it wasn't working because of rain - it required a human driver in the rain but the next day we were able to do it in a driverless car. (That sounds bad.. but you know what I mean.) Yeah, it does feel like a ghost! I love technology - I'd love to get a car with all the bells and whistles like self-parking and things, but I know Waymo uses cameras and microphones to sense sirens and stuff and is way more advanced.

the driver had no sense of humor :< can you sit on the driver's seat even if you do not drive? or is there a break that you can hit when you want to? I just want a break that I can press whenever I want to, or if there is emergency. This kind of total loss of control is so scary😵

Right! Dead as a doornail! No you cant sit in the drivers seat unfortunately. There's like an please pull over button, and a end ride button yes. Also they have a customer support button that will allow you talk to someone if need be. There's no real emergency break tho haha. Yeah it feels weird at first, but honestly felt safe and relaxing after the first 5 minutes. Almost felt safer in a way lol
