Hi vee. I'm proud of you following your dream and striving for excellence. I have seen your routine and I have a few unsolicited suggestions. If you have not done these things already. 1. Buy a clock... set it to American time try to match your daily activities closer to that time as much as possible. Lack of sleep and poor diet can lead to health issues. To avoid this please put more preventative measures in place. 2. Vitamin and minerals.... you need to have good supplement in your diet for this routine if you are to carry on long term. 3. Do not disturb sign. So that you have at least 4 to 6 hours of undisturbed sleep every day. 4. Dark curtains... to block out all light during this 4 to 6 hours. 5. Ten minutes of exercise before you shower in the evening. 6. Finally ensure that your school is fully aware of your situation so that they can make reasonable adjustments. Don't think it is a bother...... get support. Enjoy your studys!!!!!!!!!
