proper knowledge,consistency,hardwork combined with smart work, dedication and commitment. Itna sab lagta hai to achieve the physique this guy has. People stil dont know how a regular creatine user can benefit from the looksmaxing by appearing huge in proper lighting due to the water retention in muscles. Do you see him stacking plates in squats or deadlifts? NO. He is totally natural given the amount of time he is training. That is my analysis as I've been following this guy for a long time. When you take steroids your strength increases significantly as well,this is a proper "sleeper build" physique this guy has right now.

Nice thing you talked about pre exhausting. It’s not only about if you don’t feel your chest muscle while a chest press but sometimes triceps fail before chest muscles do so you can do pec flys before a press and now your chest fails before or at the same time with the triceps and next you can focus more on a triceps exercise so it won’t fail in a chest press.
