Jack Edwards’ video inspired by you , lead me to you and I’m really glad it did . Loved this competition much more than a football comp. Thank you for this, some fascinating insights into your way thinking and enjoyment of books . Also 2 of these books are already on my tbr book shelf so great way to introduce me to a little bit of your reading recommendations

I love that this sort of video got us to understand your thoughts on why you loved these books so much. 💖 And yes, football fans do feel like this all the time. It's terrible but also exhilarating.

I love the layers that came up when talking about these books to determine which ones to move forward. This was a lot of fun, and now I have new books to read. Thank you. ❤

Loved this video. Do it again! 😘 I've paused at 27mins in. I loved both of these books but I still think about the one on the right (no spoilers for those reading comments before watching) so so much. It stayed with me more.

What I learnt from this video (other than a lot about football obviously) is that I am very easily influenced by Emma's opinions, as I have read (and loved) three of these books, have started three more of them and either own or have reservations at the library for three others. Hurray for discovering booktubers whose tastes happen to align spookily closely with your own! 😊⚽

Have you ever watched the Best Exotic Marigold Hotel? I have very little basis for saying this but I think you'd really like it, it's one of my all-time favourite films and a few themes you've mentioned liking in these books made me think of that film. It's so gorgeous to look at, and it's funny and beautiful and heart-breaking and heart-warming and everything you could ever want in a film imo! I'd love to know if you've seen it
