jackson smith is so underrated, i’ve got to see him play quite a few times and his skating ability at 6’3 is incredible, super calm and confident on the puck as well.
@jfkst14 күн бұрын
His edgework is superb. Gives him unreal lateral agility for a player of his stature with a real potential for elite one-on-one defense. Now whether he has the linear mobility of someone like Schaefer I'm not sure. That's very hard to determine. He hasn't had the consistency of Schaefer. I'm curious to see who ends up going first between Smith and Mrtka who I suspect will rise rapidly in the rankings in the second half of the season.

The Blackhawks likely are not drafting Hagens. They don't need another 5'10" forward in their system. They more likely draft Misa, a 6'1" C.
@alexfroelich34045 күн бұрын
Not at 1.01. If KD is going any other route then he’ll trade the 1.01. If he’s smart. Sure Misa has gotten more hype finally but that’s just too ballsy.
It’s tricky because they’re 100% not drafting a defenseman but considering how miserable of a year it’s been it’s hard to pass on the best prospect. But as a fan I’d personally prefer a misa or a martone for size (especially to add to boivert who’s having a strong rookie year in the NCAA)
@Lebowski553 күн бұрын
@@SkyWalker7d1 This year, Hagens Misa and Martone are all in the same tier. Its really subjective. Hagens is definitely not the consensus #1 prospect like with Celebrini or Bedard. Hes a really good prospect but Misa is just as good.
