Good one, Bobby. I'll take all of this to heart. Good overview! Insightful perspective! Speaking of the radio, whenever I rent a car the first thing I check, after the mirrors and the usual stuff, is the good old radio. I check the EQ. On goes the country music station. Real players all present and accounted for in this genre. Gotta love that. BTW: The new Toyota Camry hybrid's radio sounds great EQ'd flat . . . quite delightful, soft or cranked up! Have a great 2025! dcb

Curious how much in assets they have??? Liquidation due to bankruptcy would be bad for the company but might bring on fire sales and liquidation. My guess is they would just be bought out by someone there are so many music companies being bought out by hedge funds these days I wouldn't be suprised if they scooped up retail for brand association potential.

ACX, the talent pool from which Audible acquires narrators, offers an AI option for authors who don't want to share royalties or pay per-finished-hour rates. I'm not sure of the details because I saw this coming and left ACX when my fellow narrators were deep in denial and sure of their positions. All this after ACX and Amazon assured us that AI would never find its way into audiobooks. I could see the distant lava flowing toward us...

Thank you Bobby. I don’t believe drones will be banned-quite the opposite, in fact. The market continues to grow, and strict regulations already govern where and how drones can be flown, based on their weight and size. The current issues with drones over New Jersey and across the U.S. is a major cause for concern because those drones are illegal, not registered, unknown. According to Dr. Greer, we may gain more clarity on these matters by January 2025. We’ll see…

I'm surprised to hear the younger generation is revolting against AI music. Then what are they listening to? I don't think most can tell the difference anymore. Have you been on any AI music creating sites lately? Sorry, this is the first of your videos I've seen, thank the algo. I introduced my friend, (in his 50s who has written and produced/studio recorded music for decades) to Suno, he showed it to his 17 year old son (also a skilled musician) and they both said music is dead. We also see this as a tool for inspiring and writing music, but I can't help think that it will be easily consumed by the masses and already is. How much of our current artists are using this AI or will be to keep up? In order to love and remember songs, we need to hear them over and over, while experiencing life's memories for them to stick. We used to wear out a record or cassette, now most never listen to an entire album. With rampant swiping to see whats next, does new music stand a lasting chance?

Down with AI in music. No need to reinvent the wheel. Actual human beings playing music spontaneously is a good thing, that doesn't need to be tampered with. I say bring on the 'revolt against AI' (a decline in people favoring/liking it).
