Also a bit older than you.. you're in your early 20s, you're going through the 'fun' and 'changes' part now- critically, you can't say "your 20s changed you"- you're just starting in it/experiencing it- enjoy it- you can't be a sage or even knowledgeable on it right now, you're still going through it- and at this point that's all you need to be doing. Notice the changes you're going through, and want to be making etc. Keep growing and changing yourself, 'finding' yourself I guess is a more known term for it. You're in a learning and absorbing stage now, you don't have answers or known outcomes or paths right now- revel, play with and explore that- don't try to solve it too quickly, it takes time. :) I hope this makes sense!!! All the best to you!!

Just want to say as a 60 year old former dancer, your 20’s are a time of change day by day, month by month, year by year. Such an exciting time as a dancer as you are in your prime years and will experience so many changes. As a person, it is a time of change, new experiences, and priority changes. Embrace them all. I did not grow up with social media and I think in some ways that made it easier because no one outside my immediate circle was commenting or judging. Always remember that no matter how much you share online, only your immediate family, close friends and coworkers know the real you. And you, above all others, really knows what your true inner feelings are. Lovely sharing of your thoughts. ❤

Thank you for this reminder. Your close community is truly the best read of your character as a human. It’s so important to invest in relationships to keep growing and learning!

Loved your dream about the tree..it made so much sense, I'd never thought about things that way before. Your such a kind and wise soul hannah, I'm in my 30s and no where near as wise as you, I only started ballet in January this year but had to suspend my classes to care for my dad full time, I'm finding it hard having no direction or time for myself but this video has been a comfort and given me perspective, thank you 🙏🩰❤️

Honestly, I'm turning 20 in October, and I have felt and shared in the lessons that you have learned. I am very glad about where your security/strength comes from. I am a Christian as well and a strong believer in Christianity and the motivation, comfort, and overall peace it brings to the lives of its believers, especially in difficult situations 😊, you are doing amazing in your career it was so good to read watch you cause I watch your foot stretching video in like 2020 or so and re watching it in 2024 catching up it's really inspiring how much you have actually come and praising God for how far you still have to go. Would also add I don't know if you are competing in this rthymic gymnastics of Paris 2024 Olympics or not and would you mind speaking about your faith in Christ?

I'm in my thirties and I thought I could handle everything that happened to me, I was healing from an illness then life hit me in the worst way. My advice is do always what your heart feels is good for you, even when everyone says the opposite. If you have a hunch it's because your instincts are working. Have a beautiful life ❤ sorry my bad English 😅

Thank you for sharing this. I am so sorry to hear that it was not an easy time for you. It reminds me to always be grateful for the small things? Even when there are some things still not aligning where I want them to be in life 🙈🙏

Love your videos. But, you’re 21/22! Just starting your journey, really.. In your early 20s, no one expects you to have everything together, or be a “true” adult..you are still so young and though it’s awesome that your confidence and comfort with yourself has increased, it’s just the beginning. Honestly by 30, you’ll be amazed that you thought you were comfortable lol. And it’s also great that things aren’t as scary or intimidating, but I feel like that’s unusual, cause life is def scary and intimidating and exciting AF in your early to mid 20s. Anyway, I can’t wait to see another one of these from you when you hit 30, to have a true overview of the MASSIVE changes that occur in your 20s. The most formative years really, career-wise, relationship-wise, self assurance, etc etc etc. You still have such exciting, scary, real & incredibly educational years ahead of you.

I'm almost almost 40 (I'm 37 and told I can't say I'm almost 40 until 38) and resonate with much of this, especially the part about feeling like something's wrong if my priorities are changing. Refreshing to hear that this theme resonates with others. (Just discovered you today and appreciate your beautiful art and sharing of your heart and positive motivations for the Path.)

I'm in my early twenties and feel lost. School has been my focus all my life, but now I'm out of school and I have my whole life ahead of me. And I don't know what to do with it... Btw you really have good energy, I love it!

I’m sure there are a lot of people who feel this way. I’m trying to sometimes take it as an exciting opportunity rather then a scary situation. It opens the world of possibilities! 🌟

When I was 22, almost 23, I was a sophomore in college. After spending every moment from age four trying to become a professional dancer, I joined a small dance company in Evanston, IL., when I was 19. A choreographer from Russia created a ballet on us using music by Eric Satie. The two years I was part of the company were great. I married in August 1988, and my life completely changed. My major changed from Theater to English Language Arts (ELA). I wanted to teach at the middle school level (ages 12-15), but when we moved from Chicago to rural Utah, the available job was at the high school level, so I applied for it. In 2022, after 30 years of teaching, I retired from teaching high school students grades 10-12 (ages 15-19). I used my ballet background to choreograph the Junior Prom dance (don't ask; it probably doesn't exist outside of rural Utah) and school musicals. I had choreographed in high school and really enjoyed it. For the past 5 1/2 years, my husband has lived in Kazakhstan while I have continued to live in rural Utah. It has been an adjustment, but I have learned much about myself. I moved from my parents' home to my husband's apartment. I worked full-time and went to college full-time, so he did all of the cooking. I have learned how to cook, how to take care of air conditioner problems, and even how to mow the lawn. You never stop learning.

Nothing stays the same but the song. Change is good. It’s progression, it’s lessons for you to learn from. Good or bad it’s important to grow. People that don’t like you whatever, obviously don’t know you. As long as you, family and friends like you that’s all that matters. Your unique and unique people succeed and have lots of passion. Your 20’s will change you the most in your life. Your 20’s are a massive growing and learning curve. Darling your sophisticated and graceful without the pretty jewellery. Be proud of who you are. Rome wasn’t built in a day. That tree will grow and blossom it’s fruit again and self seed into more. Xx

Hey Hannah, I'm a year or so younger than you (also in my early twenties) and I feel like I am currently going through the process of discovering some similar 'life lessons' to the ones that you have shared in this video. I find it inspiring to see how you are able to prioritise connecting and socialising with people and how this is leading to building deep and meaningful relationships in your life. For me, I am wanting to have some more meaningful relationships in my life, but at the moment I am finding it challenging to put myself out there, to socialise and to be vulnerable with people. I'd love to hear you talk a bit more about your experiences (if you're able to), and if you have any advice for overcoming challenges like these?

Hannah you are such an inspiration. I love your outlook .... and I share your deep faith in Jesus. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the tree 'picture' that The LORD gave you. Deep roots - yes - its all about having deep roots in Christ. The storms of life do come ... and may sometimes be able to strip our leaves/fruit/blossom ... but as long as our roots run deep then He will keep us standing ! PTL ! You are wonderful. A beautiful ballerina with a beautiful heart. Excellence is also at the heart of ALL you do because you work according to Coloss 3v23 (as if working for the Lord Jesus) - this is so evident in your life. So - thank you for being such a woman of integrity and humility and strength (in Him) and such a lovely role model for all the young ballet community out there! As your 20s continue... may you continue to grow in joy, in wisdom, in peace, in favour and in the knowledge of HIS deep love for you and His beautiful purposes for your life. Amen. With blessings from another 'child of God' (and a novice 'Silver Swan' ballet student) in her 50s ! X
