Holly I made an incredible and easy vegan dish for my wife and I that were currently obsessing over daily- Pork fried rice using smoked tofu instead of pork. Quick recipe: -smoked tofu, seared first until dark golden and a little charred with some toasted sesame oil and AH-SO sauce (it’s not the healthiest sauce but it really makes it taste authentic) -add : minced carrots and onions, frozen peas, sear with tofu -add White rice (we used frozen jasmine), sear with veggies -add soy sauce of choice (we used gluten free tamari), a touch more toasted sesame oil, garlic and onion powder and red pepper flakes (if you like spicy) -and lastly, sauté with a little vegan butter (optional) ENJOYYYY 😊😊
