You're the man Yowana! With your help, I've gone from never running in my life to losing 80lbs in 2023 and beginning my running journey. Started jan 1 this year, and I average about 40 miles a week. Never knew running could be so fun! Just broke my first 2 hr half marathon and hope to a full marathon near the end of the year! Thanks so much for all the tips and reviews!

@@supwell I just ran in my local half marathon (Windsor Town Green) yesterday and I got a 1:47:51! So damn proud of that when I struggled to run 2 miles in a row not too long ago.

Yowana runs 80 to 100 miles a week so that we don't have to. Thanks for taking one for the team, Brother Yowana.

Nice video today..your runs are mostly a mirror image of how I run and race..takes me a while to get up to speed, then cruise at the pace I'm feeling that run ,then ramp up to the kick pace..doesn't matter if I go out for a long run or if I'm racing it's always the same.. the distance doesn't mean much..I've been doing this for more years than I have records for..it allows me to run and race 35 to 40 races a season and racing is my jam..keep on the path and as long as you stay the course you will still be enjoying running long after most will flame out..😊

Just did a 1:02 10 miler. Race pace calculators say I can run a 2:55-2:58. Might give it a shot in the fall.

I'm now trying to figure out how to modify my running to make sure I'm recovering, considering my age, a physically demanding job, and weight training. Still helpful information.

How do you make time to get in these long runs with a job and a family? I’m lucky if I can manage 30-45 minutes a day during the week.

Do you have any resources you could point me to in order to run a 1:35:00 half marathon, running 4 days a week, by chance? I ran a 1:43:56 recently and would love to take down a 1:35 eventually

I live in a place where I battle constant winds/gusts which will mimic the race conditions. Would you adjust any of these workouts to take this into account?
