Good to see another new video from you my friend! Cool and short tour! Good to hear that you're loving the new place and has a lot of things compared to your last place. Is your place close to any beaches or dining areas? That'd be cool to live near such places as they are just a walking distance. That's also cool you got a little pineapple garden going as well! You can get pretty good housing in many parts of Costa Rica especially that that place of yours looks pretty good! 2:47 Pretty nice living room/kitchen space! Kind of tidy but enough to see everything around you 2:53 *insert Lenny face* 6:53 I remember visiting Costa Rica the first time and realizing that most places don't have hot water haha. But I think because Costa Rica gets warm pretty much all year round, it's probably not necessary unless one wants to bathe in sweat haha 7:58 - 7:59 How much are you selling those? Thanks! The new place is a bit further away from the beach, about 20-30 minutes driving, depending on traffic, but I don't mind, it's nicer to be away from the touristic hub! There are a couple of restaurants, such as Koky's, which serves some awesome bbq pork! I love my little pineapple garden! Keep em coming, they are WAY better than store-bought! 🫣 recently we ended up buying a shower head that connects to those cables by the shower, and now we have warm water, which is awesome for the 3am wake up times to go to Luis's hospital appointments haha 👩‍🎨 I think once I get my website going, I might actually start selling prints of my best photos! Just you wait 🤭 🏡 You know, I never even considered it when I was filming this, that yes, the washer is outside haha! For me it's normal now - Many apartments have a washing space that is outside, or as a small space extended from the house (cuarto de pilas), because it can be easier to drain the water out, and according to Luis, "they are too noisy to be inside", for me, it makes less of a trip to hang the clothes, haha, but the downside is that the sun does damage the plastic parts...

Hi!! I found this apartment after months of searching on Facebook, if you look up the town you want to live in, and type "alquiler" with the town name, different options should pop up, and FB groups you can join where people post their rentals!

I'm not picky I would like to get a place to come down there and stay a month or 2 for around 301 or cheaper I am not picking out of I got a bed to sleep in and maybe a microwave to heat stuff in and have a toilet

Sounds fairly simple, you should check out the marketplace on Facebook for "apartamentos" in the area you would like to be in! You might find something there!!
