@@youtuberk1577 he said he's paying 60k/year. 60k for a year is too much. Tuition fees is approx 1600/credit (You can check this on the university website) and in a year a person takes 18 credits on average. If you add rent, utilities and living expenses (considering you're not living a lavish lifestyle), it adds up to around 35k-37k. Every student over here does a part-time job which gets them $10/hour for 20 hours a week. Excluding 4 months of holidays, if you work regularly for 20 hours, you end up earning around 6k. By simple addition and subtraction, you can see that yearly expenses come out to be around 30k.

I am also studying at Penn State University. Yes fees are tad high, exact cost of complete masters program including medical insurance are $ 52k. you can stay on a budget, which costs $ 500 per month. there are lots of on campus jobs which help you in paying rent and bills. and yes getting scholarships for masters is difficult because it is a research based university but thus PhD students have wayyy more privileges, and yes getting jobs is difficult, but isn't it in most of the uni for all international students. but 85% of people I know had jobs in their hands before they graduated, unfortunately many of the offers got revoked given the situation
