After putting LED lights on my roadking I realized just how criminal harley is for their stock lights. You have a beauty on your hands. Ride safe.

Mark be very careful when someone is using the backrest. If your hit or even tapped from behind it can cause serious back injury. Think back to when cars didn’t have head rests, Back lash

You should rip that direction bar off the rear and put the horizontal turn/break signal LED inserts between the fender and buckets. They look pretty damn sweet. I did it to my 2016. Wish I could post a pic for you.

beautiful motorcycle! I really like the organizers. My 1998 RK is still going strong but I do have my eye on a new one. The color of yours is striking. I notice the new kings have larger diameter wheels with less sidewall on the tires. Can you comment on how they ride and handle compared to older ones? Mine still has the 16" front and rear.

I ride a 2017 Road King special and you are right it did come with a USB port from the factory. So I installed two speakers that have a USB port and I found them very useful. But I’m really surprised that even the 2020 is not equipped with a USB from the factory. Sometimes I find hard to understand how the engineers at Harley think. Enjoy your ridding man. Your bike with colour looks great 👍🏻

#1 Put a street glide seat on, 1 in lower, 1 inch further back equals 100% more comfortable and no funny studs #2 Stage 1 (pipes, high flow filter, tuner) #3 Lose the windshield #4 6 x 9 speakers in the lids of the rear bags with a 600 watt amp and blue tooth control on the handlebars

@@JoeyMcCullough you think as a new rider , I’d be ok with such a big bike
@JoeyMcCullough4 жыл бұрын
@@ericoswald5222 yes I do, I would start on a 800 or 900cc max just to get the feel of how a motorcycle handles with counter steering and braking. The Road King is a lot to handle for a new rider.

@@ericoswald5222 It would likely be more enjoyable to start with something smaller. Any bad habits can be very magnified on a heavy bike. I did just buy a RK after a 25 year hiatus from riding, and I will do practice sessions in the industrial park for a while before playing in traffic. ( I did just finish the Harley basic course) I rode a Goldwing for one summer back in 1994, so I had a bit of experience. Hope this helps.
