That top view looking down is by far the best angle for learning things and I wish more instructional materials used this method.

I really appreciate this lesson. The fact that you showed these in E and A (with and without open strings) along with how to find the starting points were really helpful in being able to transcribe to any key. Thank you 🙏🏻

It’s amazing how my playing will wane as other things take priority in my life. Then I’ll watch one of your videos and instantly be re-energized and inspired to continue this passion. Thank you.

Excellent! A very useful lesson, and you have really cracked the camera angle thing, the camera aimed so that we see the fret board as it is when we play it (does that make sense?) is very helpful.

Great lesson, I've only found one other lesson that explains the why and where of different turnarounds, but didn't cover this many variations in one spot. Turnarounds have always mystified me.

Anthony, I love your lessons but I’m left handed. The top down view is less intuitive for me than a front view of your fingerboard. Are there other camera angles or a mirror option available to members on your website?
@prkeene3 жыл бұрын
@@ilovemywifey21307 Unfortunately less but the most frustrating thing is some models just aren't available in left handed option.

I hate the top view. Drives me insane. LOL Trying to get my tablet to not rotate the screen so I can watch it upside down. Might be one of my favorite Blue's lesson on the tube.....but the upside down view....develops my ear learning as visually, it fucks me up. LOL

People take their own time to produce and post videos for FREE... and what do they get??? It's too fast, it's too slow, you talk too much, you don't explain enough, your guitar is too distorted, your guitar isn't distorted enough, your action's too high, your action's too low, you always try to sell me stuff, you part your hair on the wrong side. Sadly, the people that post this crap wouldn't give five seconds of their OWN time to teach anyone anything. Haters got's to hate. Me... I love having something new to watch and try out on my guitar while I'm stuck here inside :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) (I know... somebody will bitch because I used too many smilie faces).

there is so much noise in the sound. i can't take the noise, sorry.
@estring694 жыл бұрын
Not a diss or anything here. He likes his sound on the dirty side. He demonstrated this on his low watt amp video. Low watt amps are a bit gnarly; reason to have one vs. clean higher head room amps. Sounds good to me. You also have to consider that the noise will be lost in a mix. Pro vs. clean home tone. You want the crazy Strat harmonics to sing a bit.
