You haven't popped up in my feed since the days when I was doing your yoga videos trying to calm myself during my two week waits. Now my daughter is four months old. I feel awful and am struggling with some weird hypoglycemia. Somehow this video popped up in my recommendations at the right moment. I will take this advice to heart.

You’re the best Kendra! Do you by any chance know if the sunlight needs to be direct? Asking for those cold winter months ahead!

A lot of what I've read suggests direct sunlight is ideal but I'm a huge proponent of doing the best you can with what's available to you rather than pursuing perfection. You could try an experiment by sitting next to a window for sunlight (or light therapy lamp) one day, going outside another, and comparing the two. Of course there are other variables that might affect the quality of your sleep on each of those days but you still might get some valuable insights. Best wishes!

I would love a recommendation for an inositol that isn't a powder! The powder is so hard to consume for me!!

I think NOW and Jarrow have it in capsule form, but I’m not certain. I have worked with clients who have used Jarrow and liked it. I really can’t speak to the quality of any brands other than Theralogix and Jarrow though. If you find a capsule you like, make sure you’re taking the therapeutic dose. Sometimes what the manufacturer recommends on the label isn’t the same as what’s recommended for PCOS. Your provider or a pharmacist should be able to help you figure out the right amount to take. Best wishes!
