A lot of the same reasons why I moved from the US to El Salvador in 2015. My health was deteriorating in the US. I was overweight, suffered from high-blood pressure, almost had a thrombosis, was 50 pounds overweight, had back problems because of stress and was on medications. Fast-forward 7 years later... I'm no longer on any medication, blood pressure is normal, no more back problems, been eating healthier, lost more than 50 pounds of fat, and I'm traveling and found an equilibrium in my life. I recommend El Salvador to anyone who is looking to live better and has the means to move here.

@@GabrielNicho I'd have said the same until I started listening to Jack Kruse... Things now make sense to me... It's really all about light, water, magnetism. Countries around the equator have strong sun, light stability, generally rely more on local foods than northern countries (for the better because healthy food = local and seasonal food cause those carry the light information from the same environment your body is also exposed to). Also generally less EMF pollution. So by just existing, you're better off around the equator than elsewhere. You heard that right: food and exercise are not as important as the food and exercise gurus will tell you... Living a healthy life up north these days requires you to live like a maniac (be outdoors all day essentially, expose yourself to the cold, no artificial light before like 9am and after 5pm in the winter time, etc... I am at the 50th+ latitude so that's how I've started to live).
