I stopped Zoloft and am so much better now than I was before I was on it or while I was on it. Medications are really tricky and can be really amazing but can also be negative. I got pregnant and felt great, had my daughter and post partum has been so incredibly hard it may be needed again. Lots of exercise, healthy diet, and just give yourself lots of grace!! You are only human and are doing wonderful ❤️

Kayli, i don't know if ou are aware of this, but those videos of yours really help me to chill and deal with my anxiety when I have it. Your art of communication and energy are so chill and calming and I feel like a best friend is talking to me. Also it relly helps knowing that other people go through shit sometimes. I normally never comment, but I wanted to say thank you! Thank you for taking your time to deliver a content that actually has meaning and makes an impact in my life. It doesn't have to be a TED Talk to actually rwach out to people in a good way and make their day better! Thank you, sweetheart!

Love this video! Ok since I’m doing my self care at 6pm… I thought I’d type out my whole list. I don’t have a set routine, I’m just doing what I need at the moment… which is a lot. Already failed at beauty sleep because I only got 4h of sleep yesterday according to my watch. 1. Fasted most of the day (it makes my gut feel good) then broke fast with fancy hummus from the farmer’s market and Japanese hazelnut chocolate (so good). 2. Drink water (total will drink 8 cups) 3. Detangle hair slowly with wide tooth comb 4. Clarifying ACV/chelating shampoo (Ouai detox shampoo), leave in at least 3 mins. Really needed a deep clarifying treatment. 5. Dandruff shampoo: prescription 1% ketoconazole shampoo, leave in 3+ mins and rub over rest of body and face to prevent fungal acne. Also really needed this. But I usually try to avoid doing clarifying and anti dandruff on the same day. 6. Hydrating/moisturizing shampoo because those other shampoos just dried out my hair. Collected/counted every hair I dropped… 145 strands omg. Is that a lot? 7. Squeeze water out with towel, apply Olaplex no. 8 mask on damp hair, leave in 10 mins, then rinse out. 8. Apply face wash 9. Apply body wash 10. Apply benzoyl peroxide cleanser to face and body (especially pits, back, butt etc), leave on 5 mins. 11. Shave legs and pits. 12. Gently towel dry hair, apply Olaplex no. 6 and 9 leave-in conditioner, spray heat protectant, comb hair, then blow dry til fully dry. 13 to 24. (At the same time as #12) Do face (3-5 steps) and body skincare routine (2 steps, cream and oil) before skin dries. Lip: lip lines treatment, hydrating serum, lip balm, lip mask. 25. Wear cute loungewear 26. Clean room 27. Fold and hang all clothes 28. Clean bathroom 29. Make bed 30. Cook dinner. Also make veg and eat fruit, 2-3 vitamins. (intermittent fasted too) 31. Brush teeth, floss 32. Face skincare: (already cleansed earlier) hydrating mist, overnight cream 33. Calming mediations/music and a book 34. Sleep early

i’m sooo happy that y’all are finding the best way to treat yourselves, but before you do make sure to talk to your psychiatrist about it first! toying with ur meds on your own can be dangerous and you should tell someone before you stop to make sure u can do it safely. also, if u think that the doctor is not a good fit for u, u should change docs. the decision is always up to you but you need to consult a professional beforehand and talk to a therapist after!
