I’ve been doing this for about 3 1/2 months now and honestly can say that it is WORTH IT.
Obviously the key is a good nights sleep, so not gonna lie, we’re usually in bed by 8:30pm 😂
But I’ve definitely noticed a huge improvement in my energy levels, my productivity, and especially my mood. So maybe this is your sign to give it a try
