Abs are actually pretty easy Situps, every single day if you aren't hitting the gym. start with what you can do, then move to 50, 75, take breaks, do reps I got abs in a few months. I was just as shocked

I don't doubt that Hennigan is on steroids, or at the very least TRT, but he definitely doesn't seem to over do it because he's not overly massive. He does, however, put in A LOT of work in the gym too in order to stay in shape whether it be crossfit, weightlifting, or cardio he works hard that's for sure. I do agree though that a fight against Doc would have been more entertaining.

Harley may have lost the fight, but he still proved a lot by putting in all the work he did to improve his skills and better himself overall. Just getting in the ring with the kind of opponent he was matched with takes a ton of courage and he deserves a lot of respect just for being willing to keep going after getting knocked down more than once, even falling through the ropes.
