My 75 pound weight loss transformation

Hello, My name is Melissa and I started my weightless journey back in 2015. I wanted to upload this video as encouragement to anyone who is feeling stuck and wants to make a change. I am not perfect and I have had my ups and downs throughout this journey. I re-gained about 35 pounds in the past year and I want to take my restart opportunity to share my fitness routine and life style that helped me accomplish the initial 75 pound drop.
